You choose your reality by choosing your intention
Reality is not a fixed, singular thing that happens to you. It's a field of infinite possibilities, and your intention determines which possibility you experience. In every moment, countless potential realities exist simultaneously. Your intention acts as a tuning fork, selecting which frequency you vibrate at, which in turn determines which reality manifests in your experience.
People often live with unconscious, scattered, or contradictory intentions. They want success but intend to play it safe. They want love but intend to avoid being vulnerable. These mixed intentions create mixed results or no results at all. Clear, focused intention is like a laser beam cutting through the fog of possibility, illuminating one specific path.
When you set clear intention, knowing exactly what you want and committing fully to it, you align your energy with that reality. The universe then starts to reorganize itself around that intention, not through magic but through the focusing of your attention, energy, and actions toward that specific outcome.
Today, examine your intentions. Are they clear or confused? Focused or scattered? Single-minded or contradictory? Choose one primary intention for an important area of your life. Make it specific, compelling, and emotionally resonant. Then commit to holding this intention consistently, letting it guide your choices, actions, and focus. Your intention is your creative power—use it consciously.
